"How do I send a copy of my latest posts to my Family, or a friend?"
Well, the answer is simple - Use the BLOGSEND option! This option is located on the Settings - Email Screen and can be used for sending, by email, copies of your Posts to either, yourself, or anyone else.
It would be sensible to check with the intended recipient first, that they want to be included on your list. Common courtesy doesn't hurt. It is limited to ten (10) addresses.
If you have more than ten (10) addresses to send to, you'll have to create a Group mailing list, via Google Groups. Create a Group and add the Group email address to your BlogSend. It's easy to do, and the Google Group will email to your friends.
This is a small screen (No. 1.), but has a lot of benefit for you, as a Blogger.
The above image shows (4) areas which can benefit you. The BlogSend address is No. 2.
No. 3. is the Mail-to-Blogger Address which you create, to email posts to Blogger.
